John Belilnski

John Belinski died Saturday, November 22, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 84. He was born Friday, February 1, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois, son of Frank and Kate Belinski. He married Mary Jo Smith on September 21, 1971 at Oak Park, Illinois. John Belinski was a U.S. Army Purple Heart veteran of WWII. John lived in Mountain Home for 14 years moving from Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Post #581, Alley-White American Legion Post #52, Ozark V.F.W. Post #3246, and the Disabled American Veterans. Survivors: John Belinski is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Belinski Mountain Home, three sisters: Dorothy Austin of Rockford, Illinois, Rosemarie Considine of Lansing, Illinois, Terry White and husband Frank of Colorado and one sister in Law: Gigi Belinski of Romeoville, Illinois. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers, Gene and Lester Belinski, and 1 sister, Betty Belinski. Funeral: Memorial Mass, 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Charles Kanu officiating. Memorials: Military Order of the Purple Heart
