Johnny Harris

Johnny Charles "Chuck" Harris, Jr. was born January 12, 1961 the son of John Harris and Wanda Uchtman Parton. He married Tina Mosier April 30, 1988 at Mountain Home. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and an equipment operator for the Baxter County Road and Bridge and loved fishing, hunting, his grandkids and spending time with his family. He lived in Gassville for 20 years. Survivors: He is survived by his wife Tina Harris, father, John (Janice) Harris of Mountain Home, Arkansas, mother Wandy (Roy) Parton of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 2 sons, Charles and Joshua Harris of Mountain Home, Arkansas, brother Jeff (Linda) Harris of San Angelo, Texas, sisters, Teresa Wiard of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Jennifer (Gary) Dryer of Clarkridge, Arkansas and 4 grandchildren, Josiah, Kylie, Justin and Chevy. Visitation: Tuesday 5-8 P.M. Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at the funeral home. Funeral: Funeral services Wednesday 2:00 P.M. January 16, 2008 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bob Rodgers officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Lower Oakland Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: Memorial may be made to the Disabled American Veterans. Active Bearers: Pallbearers are Charles Harris, Joshua Harris, Gary Harris Glen Bucher, Doug Dilbeck and Dean Cox.
