Joseph Berns

He was born December 15, 1923 at Chicago, Illinois son of Joseph Berns and Anna Raul Berns. He married Lena Cartocci on September 27, 1952 at Chicago, Illinois. He was a resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas having moved from Chicago, Illinois in 1987. He was a tool and die maker for Overland Bowing for many years. Joseph enjoyed boating and the lakes. He was a member of St. PeterÂ?s The Fisherman Catholic Church. Joseph N. Berns entered into eternal rest on October 15, 2004 at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80 years & 10 months. Survivors: He is survived by his wife Lena Berns, of Mountain Home, Arkansas & several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: Memorial mass for Joseph N. Berns of Mountain Home will be Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend James Fanrak officiating. Burial: Entombment will be at KirbyÂ?s Tucker Mausoleum. Memorials: Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
