Joseph A. Etges was born March 25, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the son of John and Tharsilia Renk Etges. He married Annette O'Rourke on December 4, 1948. Mr. Etges served with the United States Army during World War II, and was a member of the VFW for fifty-five years. He was employed as an automobile parts manager. Joseph A. Etges passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on September 3, 2005, at the age of 86 years, 5 months and 8 days.
