Joseph Kobularcik

Joseph Andrew Kobularcik was born December 6, 1925 in Kato, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Frank and Anna Mihalik Kobularcik. He married Mary Caronell Camp on August 31, 1953 in Chickopee, Pennsylvania. He was a radio operator with the United States Air Force for twenty years. He served during World War II, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Third Degree Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post #52 and VFW Ozark #3246. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Joseph Andrew Kobularcik passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on September 28, 2005, at the age of 79 years, 9 months and 22 days. Survivors: His wife of fifty-two years, Kay Kobularcik of Mountain Home, Arkansas; son, Joseph Andrew (Lisa Kay) Kobularcik, Jr. of Stillwell, Kansas; four daughters, Cheryl Ann Kobularcik of Bolivar, Missouri, Debra Kay (Richard) Valentine of Columbia, Illinois, Donna Marie (Christopher) Bahr of Payola, Kansas, and Mary Susan (Gregory) Berg of Springfield, Missouri; ten grandchildren, Danielle, Andrew, Michael and Anna Rose Kobularcik, and Rachel, Elizabeth and Grahm Burton, Larry Joseph, Samantha and Kathryn Valentine; brother, Robert (Rose) Kobularcik of Clarence, Pennsylvania; four sisters, Marion (John) Kosik of Trenton, Michigan, Janie Felosky of Buffalo, New York, Blanche (Robert) Swartz of Luzerne, Pennsylvania, and Rose Zekus of Luzerne, Pennsylvania Preceded in Death by: His parents, one brother and one sister Visitation: 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2005, with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m., at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel Funeral: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2005 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas with Reverend Wilfred Okorochukwu officiating Burial: Queen of the Holy Rosary Cemetery in Wea, Kansas Memorials: Catholic Church of St. Peter the Fisherman, Building Fund, 249 Dyer, Mountain Home, AR 72653 Active Bearers: Joseph Kobularcik, Richard Valentine, Christopher Bahr, Gregory Berg, Larry Joseph Valentine, Andrew Kobularcik, and Michael Kobularcik
