Joseph Miller

Joseph Miller, 90, of the Lakeview, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Born on September 9, 1934, in Bronx, New York, he was the son of Albert and Dorothy Ruiz Miller. On January 22, 1976, Joseph married Barbara Hisler, who shared in his many joys and pursuits.

Joseph had a fulfilling life as a charter fisherman, and he made a home in Arkansas after relocating from California. Throughout his life, he cherished the simple pleasures, particularly spending time fishing in the beautiful waters of Arkansas.

He is survived by his two brothers, Fred (Nancy) Miller and Dan Miller, his sister Lois Smith; step-daughter, Penny Angel; grandson, Conrad Miller; along with a loving array of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Barbara, children, Seve and Melody, and his sister Carol.
