Services for Joseph Nobis, 71, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be private. He died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Mountain Home. Joseph was born February 22, 1940 in Budapest, Hungary, the son of Joseph and Maria Schlagel Nobis. He married Lynn Bardzinski on April 20, 1969 at Chicago, IL. He was a retired Truck Driver and lived in Mountain Home since 2002 moving from Mt. Prospect, IL. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. Joseph is survived by his wife, Lynn, 3 daughters, Theresa (John) Groth of Waterloo, IA, Jennifer (Kurt) Choquette of Las Vegas, NV, Natalie Sujack of Elburn, IL; one son, Joseph Nobis of Des Moines, IA; 10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter, and one sister, Marika of Budapest, of Hungary. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
