A Memorial Mass for Joseph F. Nowak of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Friday, February 10, 2012, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Stan Swiderski as Celebrant.
Joseph passed away February 7, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. He was born September 24, 1918, in St. Louis, MO, the son of Joseph and Rose Obremski Nowak. He married Geri Maris on January 22, 1944 at Chicago, Illinois and worked as a Certified Public Accountant. Joseph was a U.S. Navy veteran. He lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1980, moving from St. Louis, Missouri. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Geri and brother, Edward.
Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, 701 Burnett Drive, Mtn. Home, AR 72653.
