Joseph Rezek

Joseph Rezek died June 2, 2007 at Hospice of the Ozarks. He was born November 16, 1916 to Albert and Mary Rezek in Chicago, IL He married Dorothy Wage May 24, 1941 in Berwyn, Illinois. Joseph moved to Arkansas in 1996 from Des Plaines, Illinois. He worked for Western Electric Telephone Company for 35 years as a foreman. Joseph was an Army Veteran who was very active in the American Legion and was a lifetime member of the Hoevel-Barnett Veterans of Foreign War Post #1341. He served as a volunteer fireman in Hillside, Illinois for several years. Joseph loved to spend his days fishing. Survivors: daughter Christine Jenkins(Hank) of Flippin, Arkansas, son Todd Rezek(Gail) of Queen Creek , Arizona, five grandchildren, Todd Rezek(Katherine) of Mesa, Arizona, Robert Rezek(Nicole) of Florence, Arizona, Julie Valles of Raynham, Massachusetts, Steven Marschall of Waukesha Wisconsin, and Joseph "Jay" Marschall(Melissa) Calendona, Minnesota and 10 Great-Grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: Wife, 2 brothers and 3 sisters Funeral: A Memorial Service for Joseph Rezek of Bull Shoals, AR will be held at a later date at Mariposa Gardens in Mesa, Arizona. Burial: Mariposa Gardens, Mesa, AZ Memorials: Hospice House
