Joyce passed away August 28, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 74. She was born March 15, 1938, in Covington, Kentucky, the daughter of Shelby and Rosella Mae Ashcraft Richey. She married James Ashley on August 16, 1966, at Elizabeth City, North Carolina and was a Navy wife for 22 years. Joyce lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1989, moving from Jacksonville, Florida.
Joyce is survived by her husband, James Ashley of Mountain Home, AR and cousin, Frank Ashcraft of Cincinnati, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
