Graveside Services for Joyce Hampton, 66, of Yellville, will be 2:00pm, Sunday, January 5, 2014, at the Layton Cemetery with Paster Ron Childress officiating.
Joyce passed away December 27, 2013, in Yellville. She was born May 16, 1947, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Goldsworth and Vinnie Davis. She was a self-employed truck driver and lived in Yellville since 1979, moving from Weeletka, Oklahoma. She was a member of the True Connection Church and enjoyed writing music and sewing.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Joy Carter, son, Kennith Kitch, and dughter, Leslie Welch all of Yellville, AR; sister, Thelma (Frank) Bowman; brothers, Woodrow (Kim) Davis of Sallisaw, OK; and Ervin (Stephanie) Davis all of Sallisaw, OK; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and baby daughter.
Memorials may be made to the family.
