Joyce Moore

Joyce J. Moore was born August 12, 1928 at Steven’s Point, Wisconsin to Bernard and Lillian Rhaski Dobeck. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA degree in Social Work. She was a Badger Beauty in college. She married E. James Moore on July 3, 1954 at Steven’s Point and was a homemaker. They moved to Mountain Home in 1986 from Ennis, Texas. She was a substitute teacher while in Texas. She was an avid bridge player, golfer and a member of St. Peter the Fisherman’s Catholic Church. She passed away on March 27,2004 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center, Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 15 days. Survivors: She is survived by two sons, Richard Moore (wife Allison) of Dallas Texas and Robert Moore (wife Evelyn) of Canton, Ohio. Five grandchildren; Richard Jr, Stephanie, Ryan, Merideth, and Trevor. Preceded in Death by: by her parents and husband. Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at St. Peter the Fisherman’s Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski officiating. Burial: The Guardian Angels Cemetery, Steven's Point, WI.
