Joyce Peek

Joyce Peek died Sunday, December 9, 2007 in Norfork at the age of 78. Joyce Peek was born Thursday, November 21, 1929 in Bridgeton, New Jersey, daughter of Clyde A. and Rae Jefferies Phillips . She married Harold Peek Sr. on June 27, 1947 at Port Norris, New Jersey. She worked as a Registered Nurse and HPC at the Vineland Developmental Center in New Jersey. Joyce lived in Norfork for 15 years moving from Millville, New Jersey. She was a board member and volunteer at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas. Survivors: by her husband, Harold Peek Sr. of Norfork, AR, son, Harold "Skip" Peek, Jr. of Eighty-Eight, KY; 3 daughters, Linda Peek of Newfield, NJ, Patricia Peek of Hermitage, TN, Jane Jannarone of Vineland, NJ; 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, John (Phyllis) Phillips of Millville, NJ, Clyde (Mary) Phillips of Mauricetown, NJ; 1 Sister, Juanita (George) Davis of Lakeland, FL. Preceded in Death by: her parents and 1 sister. Funeral: Memorial services for Joyce Rae Peek of Norfork, AR, will be 3:00 PM Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Norfork Methodist Church, with Reverend Blake Langston officiating.
