Mrs. Juanita Marinelle Denton

A Funeral Service for Juanita M. Denton of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Randy Ludwig officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 26, 2015, from 9:00 am until service time, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Juanita passed away May 23, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 91. She was born August 29, 1923, in Earle, Arkansas, the daughter of Alvis and Millie Johnson Kelly. She married Jack Denton on April 26, 1946, at Hernando, Mississippi. Juanita lived in Mountain Home since moving from San Antonio, Texas, in 1973. She was a Methodist and enjoyed planting flowers, going to the workout classes at the youth center, and especially adored spending time with her grandchildren.

Juanita is survived by her son, Dale (Darlene) Denton of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Darla Martin of Mountain Home, AR; four grandchildren, Tina (Bill) Schimonsky of Spring Branch, TX; Kelly Tucker of Mountain Home, AR; Rusty (Nicole) Denton of Mountain Home, AR; and Travis (Megan) Denton of Mountain Home, AR; five great-grandchildren, Brandi Schimonsky, Kaylee Schimonsky, Madison Tucker, Ashton Denton, and Riley Denton; and a brother, Jerry (Carolyn) Kelly of Memphis, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Robert Denton.

Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Dale Denton, Rusty Denton, Travis Denton, Barry Lueders, Jeff White, and Keith Smoyer as pallbearers.
