Judith "Judy" Ann Greene

Judith “Judy” Ann Greene (Tullis), 82, passed away on November 6, 2023. She was born in Elcho, WI, on July 5, 1941, to Carl and Carol (Noetzelman) Tullis. During her teenage years she moved to Racine, WI, where she graduated from Washington Park High School. Judy worked many different jobs, including teaching Kindergarten at the Pearl Harbor Naval Base and being a reporter for the Princeton Times. She was married twice, until finding the love of her life Richard Greene. They enjoyed 25 years of marriage until Rich’s passing in 2013. Judy always enjoyed writing, her dream was to finish a novel. She wrote a play that was performed at Princeton Community Theater.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Greene; parents, Carl and Carol Tullis; and a brother, Donald Tullis.
She is survived by her son, Billy (Nancy) Keys; and grandchildren, Matthew (Mandy) Keys and Katrina (Wilson) Rohrer-Keys.
