A Celebration of Life for Judy M. Betts of Gassville, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Miss Susie Wilson officiating.
Judy passed away June 12, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 61. She was born May 14, 1955, in Libertyville, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Minnie Hodge. She worked as a school bus driver for 28 years, was a Certified Nurse's Assistant for 18 years and owned and operated the Pet Crematory Services for 34 years. She loved reading, talking on the telephone to her friends, travel and most of all her job driving the school bus.
Judy is survived by her life partner, Belinda Manuel of Gassville, AR; son, Jesse Betts of Cripple Creek, CO; daughter, Stephanie (James) Betts of Mountain Home, AR; son, Scott Manuel of New Orleans, LA; daughter, Jamie (Adam) Gregory of Harrison, AR; daughter, Elyssa Turner of Bull Shoals, AR; grandchildren, Dallas and Abigail Bailey of Mountain Home, AR; brothers, Wayne and Lloyd Hodge of Gassville, AR and two sisters, Janet Hodge of Flippin, AR and sister, Roberta (Kevin) Studdard of Monkey Run, AR.
She was preceded in death by her; parents; brothers, James and Paul Hodge and sister, Diane Thurman.
Inurnment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, 701 Burnett Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653.
