Julie is survived by her mother, Darlene Cardwell of Bull Shoals, AR; daughter, Cheyanne Marrero; 3 sons, Gregory and Sean Harding and Zachary Cardwell; brother, Eddie Merrill; aunt, Yvonne Joyce; uncle, Mike Utley and husband Michael Harding of Mechanicsville, MD.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials may be made to the family.
