June Jud

June Jud died Thursday, February 14, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 91. She was born Wednesday, August 15, 1916 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Herbert and Caroline Fiedler Brandenburger. She was a housewife and lived in the Hand Cove community for 10 years moving from the St. Louis, Missouri area. She loved to fly and was an artist who loved painting and drawing. She also made minature furniture for the Jefferson Memorial Park Museum in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri. Survivors: June Jud is survived by her daughters, Kathryn (Terry) Yount of Elizabeth, AR and Jane Almstedt of Pacific, Missouri, son, William (Judy) Jud of Fredericktown, Missouri, grandchildren, Andy (Debbie), Jim, Stacy, Joanne (Chris), and Heidi and 9 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother. Funeral: Services for June Jud of Elizabeth, AR, will be private. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hand Cove Fire Department.
