Kari Neubauer

A funeral service for Kari Lynn Neubauer of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, formerly of Mountain Home, will be 10:00 AM, Friday, October 12, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Thursday, October 11, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Kari passed away October 8, 2012, in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri at the age of 45. She was born May 20, 1967, in Racine, Wisconsin, the daughter of Jim and Carol Grant. Kari married Mark Neubauer on January 5, 1989, at Mountain Home, Arkansas, and was a Country Music Radio Personality during the 90's in Texas and Oklahoma. Kari lived in Sainte Genevieve, since 2004. She enjoyed arts and crafts, taking care of her animals, listening to music and playing with her granddaughter.. Kari is survived by her husband, Mark Neubauer, and their children, Chance, Jessica, and Karly, of Sainte Genevieve, MO; granddaughter, Jaycie McKinnon, of Sainte Genevieve, MO; parents, Jim and Carol Grant, of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Jimmy Grant, of Mountain Home, AR; niece, Micah Neubauer, of Mountain Home, AR; mother-in-law, Shirley Neubauer, of Mountain Home, AR; and brother-in-law, Buck Neubauer, of Mountain Home, AR. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Richard Neubauer. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Jim Woods, Larry Ivens and David Mullins as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to a trust set up for Jaycie McKinnon, at the First National Bank of Wynne. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
