A Funeral Mass for Kathleen J. Rose of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Christopher Okeke as Celebrant. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, Monday, October 22, 2012, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Kathleen passed away October 17, 2012, at her residence, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 74. She was born December 23, 1937, in Illinois, the daughter of John and Ruth Corbett. She married William Rose on June 19, 1971 at Chicago, Illinois and was a caregiver. Kathleen lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1992 moving from Oak Lawn, Illinois. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Kathleen is survived by her one son, Mike (Lisa) Rose of Cabery, IL; two daughters, Ruth (Matt) Fields of Burbank, IL and Jane (Joe) Neubeck of Orland Hills, IL and one grandson, Joey Neubeck. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas with Michael Degroot, Roger Gonzagowski, Bob Adams, Bill Frommer, Larry Jarabeck and Edward Moranz as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
