Kay Taylor of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away November 27, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80. She was born August 3, 1942, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of Ken K Kelly, Sr. and Beula Halley. In her early life, Kay worked as a caregiver. She was an excellent cook. Kay was a devoted Christian. She loved her chihuahua, Tippy.
Kay is survived by her daughter, Donna Dlug and son-in-law, Robert Dlug of Excelsior Springs, MO; sisters, Rachel Gardner of Mountain Home, AR and Rita Frances of Yellville, AR; and brother, Ken K Kelly, Jr. and sister-in-law, Carolyn Kelly of Mountain Home, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Jeffrey Scott Taylor.
