Keith Arnold Parks was born April 18, 1937 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was the son of L.F. and Marie Parks. He graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1955. He married the late Dorothy (Britt) Hensley on January 3, 1959. He worked in the construction business and was a member of Midway Baptist Church. Keith Arnold Parks passed away September 28, 2005, at the age of 68 years, 4 months and 21 days.
