A Memorial Service for Kenneth John Beebe of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the Mountain Home Bible Church, with Reverend Mike Bennett officiating. Graveside Memorial Service will be Monday, May 11, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.

Kenneth passed away May 6, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 85. He was born December 17, 1929, in Pendleton, Oregon, the son of John and Almedia Coleman Beebe. He married Barbara Leighton on June 5, 1969, at North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Kenneth was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He retired from the Navy after 26 years of service in construction with the SeaBees. Kenneth then worked as a buyer for Douglas County, Oregon. After his retirement, he and Barbara moved to Mountain Home in 1990. He was a member of the Mountain Home Bible Church. He loved the Lord and was a deacon with the Mountain Home Bible Church. He was active with the AWANA Group and was on the missionary board at his church. Kenneth was also a School Bus Driver for the Mountain Home Public Schools. He volunteered at Baxter Regional Medical Center and was a substitute for the special needs children in the Mountain Home School District.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Barbara Beebe of Mountain Home, AR; two sons, John Beebe of Mountain Home, AR and Dayle Beebe of Kokomo, IN and two daughters, Kathryn Stinson of Ashland, IL and Janet Beebe of Mountain Home, AR.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margaret Pratt and granddaughter, Lisa Marie Weston.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
