Ken's journey to explore new worlds began on December 2, 2020.
Ken was a champion for Education, Democracy and the Arts. He taught Economics and Government classes for 33 years at Riverside University High School in Milwaukee, WI.
He and his wife of 45 years, Nancy Knopp, retired to Mountain Home in 2005. In his retirement, Ken enjoyed writing and playing music, building cigar box guitars, astronomy, photography, fishing and traveling the world on cruise ships.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Knopp, sister, Deborah Weber of Waukesha, WI, sister, Christine Schultz of Greer, SC, brother, Timothy Schultz of St. Francis, WI as well as nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
Ken was loved for his wit, wisdom, and creativity. He was a beloved man who will be deeply missed.
