Kenny passed away March 5, 2013, in Mountain Home. He was born February 26, 1976, in Stockton, California, the son of Debbie Phelps. Kenny lived in Mountain Home, since 2003, moving from Stockton. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman and he adored his mother.
Kenny is survived by his sister, Tandi (Roy Chaney) Frame of Flippin, AR; niece, Jessica Frame; nephew, Legion Chaney; grandfather, Charles Phelps of Stockton, CA; aunt and uncle, Susan and Dennis Metcalf of Bull Shoals, AR; grandmother, Helen Phelps Singleton of Mountain Home, AR, and five cousins, Chasity, Dennis, Hanna and Hunter Metcalf and Sailor McEntire.
He and his mother, will both be loved and missed forever.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
