We are sad to announce that Lance Gram, a treasured member of our community, beloved son, brother, and step-father, lost his battle with cancer on December 6, 2023.
Lance was born October 4, 1963 to Joanne and Larry Gram in Dayton, Ohio with two brothers, Trace and Cary Gram. He later married and has two daughters, Crystal Gram and Courtney Gram. In addition, he was blessed with many special friendships and family that he cherished.
In the 60 years of Lance's life, he attended Clark State University, where he earned two engineering degrees, mechanical and electrical. He then went to school for an additional three years of Oriental medicine in Naples, Florida, where he specialized in acupuncture and received his Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM). Lance was drawn to the Mountain Home area with its beautiful rivers and lakes, where he could fish and spend time with his amazing family and friends. He adored the family he relocated to this area, the residents and his clients that supported him in his purpose, his Clinic and life he loved with passion.
The family expresses that to know him, was to love him. We thank everyone that supported him in the last year. We will miss his laugh, smoked BBQ treats and food enough for an army, and his passion for the HOGs as a football fan!
