Larry Edward Parsons of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away March 16, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 68. He was born August 31, 1953, in Akron, Ohio, the son of Billy Edward and Madie Cathleen Baker Parsons. He married Sherry Ann Williams on October 12, 1979 in Ohio and worked as a truck driver. Larry lived in Mountain Home since moving from Deltona, Florida in 2013. He was a proud member of several Unions; AFLCIO, BCTGM, and Teamsters. Larry was passionate about many things: music, artwork, human rights, and politics. Family always came first for Larry. He was a devoted husband and loving father and grandfather.
Larry is survived by his daughters; Jennifer (Gerald) Allen of Viola Arkansas, and Shelly (Roderick) Black of England; son, Larry E. Parsons, Jr.; sister, Tarry A. (David) Graham of Orlando, FL; brother, Garry W. (Cindy) Parsons of Kent, OH; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Dani, Kallie, Christopher, Robert, Joshua, Rod, Charlie, Jacob, Chandler, Austin, Kenny, Alyssa, and Hunter; several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Angelia M. Caponi; and sister Sharry L. Clingan.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life in Ohio at a later date.
