Leisa Gail Stephens

A Funeral Service for Leisa Gail Stephens of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Bill Hughes officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 10, 2016, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Leisa passed away February 7, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 52. She was born November 7, 1963, in Calico Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of Vance and Louise Honeycutt Pruitt. Leisa married Russell Stephens on November 6, 1987, at Mountain Home, Arkansas and was a homemaker. She was a lifetime resident of the Twin Lakes area and received a degree in Criminal Justice. Leisa loved her children and grandchildren very much and was a very active parent in their lives.

Leisa is survived by her husband, Russell Stephens of Mountain Home, AR; three sons, Paul (Vannessa) Simmons of Cabot, AR, Jarrod Simmons of Mountain Home, AR and David Simmons of Mountain Home, AR; 6 grandchildren and brother, Rex Pruitt of Mountain Home, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery, Norfork, Arkansas with Paul, Jarrod and David Simmons, Michael Rorie, Cody Phillips and Robert Stephenson as pallbearers.

Memorial may be made to American Cancer Association.
