Services for Leo Paul Anderson of Gamaliel, Arkansas, will be private. Leo passed away February 18, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 65. He was born October 26, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Leo E. and Ruby Johnson Anderson. He married Deborah Wilder on May 28, 1977, at Chicago, Illinois and worked as an Auto Worker for Ford Motor Company. Leo lived in Gamaliel since 2004, moving from St. John, Indiana. He was a good person who pretty much liked to keep to himself. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a real pet lover throughout his life. He loved them all, including his pet skunk, Pepe Le Pu. He especially loved his wife. Leo is survived by his wife, Deborah Anderson of Gamaliel, AR; father, Leo E. Anderson of Sauk Village, IL; step-son, Matthew E. Whalen of Illinois; brother-in-law, Robert M. Wilder of Joliet, IL; sister, Sharon Pape of Sauk Village, IL; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Joliet, Illinois.
