He was born March 17, 1952, in New Britain, Connecticut, the son of Leonard and Shirley Karshis Barcroft. Leonard was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and walks with his dog.
Leonard is survived by his brother, Gary Bancroft of Indianapolis, IN; and several other family members and friends, including Thelma Rorie and Lisa Harrison.
