Leopoldine "Olly" Kuestner was born May 27, 1925 in Krug, Austria. She was the daughter of Karl and Anna Kloiber Kraus. She married Wilhelm Kuestner on April 14, 1943 in Wien, Austria. She was a court stenographer in Vienna, Austria until after WWII. She married during the war and moved to Germany in 1945, then to Venezuela in 1953, and to Illinois in 1955. She lived in Huntley, Illinois prior to moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1986. For the past eight years, she was a Pink Lady at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Leopoldine "Olly" Kuestner passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on June 27, 2005 at the age of 80 years, and 1 month. Survivors: Daughter, Renee (John) Gedko of Belvidere, Illinois; three grandchildren, Lisa (Russell) Miller of Tampa, Florida, and Kendell and Kristina Kuestner both of Dunedin, Florida; daughter-in-law, Marilynne Kuestner; and three great- grandchildren, Jacqueline, Justin and Jason Miller Preceded in Death by: Parents; husband; one son, Richard; and one granddaughter, Tina Hayes Funeral: A memorial service for Leopoldine "Olly" Kuestner of Mountain Home, Arkansas will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kenneth Taglauer officiating.
