Linda passed away January 24, 2012, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was born September 29, 1940, at Mattoon, Illinois the daughter of Isaac and Hazel Pettit McPherson. She married Theodore Mech September 22, 1978, at Woodstock, Illinois and worked as a silk screener. She lived in Mountain Home since 1990, moving from McHenry, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parent.
She is survived by her husband, Theodore Mech of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Beverly Derby of Oakland, CA; step-daughter, Christine Kwiatkowski of Mundelien, IL; 3 step-sons, Steven Mech of Gurnnee, IL, Douglas Mech of Bolwin, MO and Ted Mech Jr. of Mesa, AZ4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
