A Celebration of Life for Lisa René Kirby-Everett, 38, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church, in Mountain Home with Reverend Siegfried Johnson and Reverend Randy Ludwig officiating. Lisa's favorite color was pink. Her family respectfully requests that you wear pink if possible. Visitation will be Saturday, October 23 from 12:00 - 8:00 PM with the family receiving friends from 5:00 - 7:00 at Kirby Funeral Home Chapel.

Lisa entered the Heavenly Gates, where many of her loved ones were there to greet her on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Lisa was born April 12, 1972 at Little Rock, Arkansas the daughter of Elton and Shirley Parker Kirby. Lisa was a lifetime resident of the Mountain Home area and graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1990. She was also a graduate of Panama City Beach Community College, a Registered Phlebotomist, and a CMA. Lisa had a caring heart and loving spirit for children and the elderly. She had a love for animals including her 2 cats who will greatly miss her. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Lisa is survived by her father, Elton (Mary) Kirby; her mother, Shirley Kirby; brother, Jason (Jessica) Kirby all of Mountain Home, Arkansas; 3 nieces; Sierra Stone, Olivia Kirby and Mica Kirby all of Mountain Home; her maternal grandmother, Martha Wise of West Memphis, Arkansas; several aunts, 1 uncle and many cousins including Cindy Mitchell and Terri Horner of Memphis, Tennessee, whom were more than cousins, but best of friends; and her companion, Michael Cody Everett.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Jean Gordon and grandfathers, Leo Parker and Tom (Pa Tom) Wise.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Brian Mitchell, John Horner, J. L. Clements, Lane Strother, Jamie McCracken, Dr. Mike Risk, Donald Gray and Jeff VanderStek as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be George Johoske, David Griffin and the Kirby Funeral Home Staff.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
