Lloyd Edward Hodge

Lloyd Edward Hodge of Gassville, Arkansas, passed away January 23, 2021, in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 69. He was born October 2, 1951, in Libertyville, Illinois, the son of Robert and Minnie Schliske Hodge. His family moved to Gassville, AR in 1962. He was a 1970 graduate of Mountain Home High School and furthered his education at Quachita Baptist University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He worked as a Certified Governmental Financial Manager for the State of Arkansas in Little Rock. He returned to Gassville after retiring in 2000. He enjoyed going to Walker's Auction on Friday nights, coin and antique collecting, finding bargains while shopping and spending time with his family and friends.

Lloyd is survived by his sister, Roberta (Kevin) Studdard of Gassville, AR; brother, Wayne Hodge of Gassville, AR and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James and Paul Hodge; three sisters, Judy Betts, Janet Hodge and Diane Thurman.

A Graveside Service for Lloyd will be 2:00 pm, Friday, January 29, 2021, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
