Lloyd Kreye

. Lloyd H. Kreye died September 8, 2007 at Mountain Home. He was 77. He was born October 9, 1929 at Wabasha, Minnesota to Henry Lloyd and Mary Loechler Kreye. He was a maintenance person for John?s Manville Company and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving in the Korean War. He has lived in the Mountain Home area since 1999 moving from Waukegan, Illinois. He enjoyed cards, watching wrestling, gardening, tinkering in the yard and garage, dancing and playing with his grandchildren. Survivors: wife, Ola Stoner of Mountain Home; three sons, Scott Kreye of Mountain Home, Henry and Carl Kreye of Waukegan, Illinois; two daughters, Sandra Holtzman of McFarland, Wisconsin and Vickie Wood of Mountain Home; Stepdaughter, Brenda Stoner of Henderson, Arkansas, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; three brothers, Julius Kreye of Bloomington, Minnesota, Bernard Kreye of Zion, Illinois and Richard Kreye of Wabasha, Minnesota; 3 sisters, Helen Robelia of Pepin, Wisconsin, Mary Passe of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Lavina Dilger of Mountain Home. Several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by: his parents, first wife, Bonnie, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 grandson. Visitation: Local visitation will be from 5:00 ? 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Visitation in Wabasha will be from 4:00 ? 8:00 P.M. Friday. Funeral: A funeral Mass for Lloyd H. Kreye, Sr. of Mountain Home will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2007 at St. Felix Catholic Church, Wabasha, Minnesota with Reverend William Kulas officiating.
