A Funeral Service for Loretta Mae Dembski of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 5:00 pm, Sunday, May 18, 2014, at the Promise Land Bible Church, with Reverend Mike Brinkmeier officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until time of service at the church.
Loretta passed away May 13, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 86. She was born May 9, 1928, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Stanley and Julia Steciak Przybylski. She married Witold Dembski on July 22, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois and was the owner and operator of the Edgewater Resort. Loretta lived in Mountain Home since 1969, moving from Franklin Park, Illinois. She cared deeply for her family, those around her, nature and her dogs. She enjoyed singing and listening to gospel music and missed joining her Sweet Adelines Sisters.
Loretta is survived by her two daughters, Sue (Bob) Wilson of Mountain Home, AR and Lyn (Sam) Holloway of Athens, AL; sister, Carol Sherman of Westmont, IL and four grandchildren, Jim Clawson and Kristen, Kaylee and Kenneth Holloway.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Stan.
Memorials may be made to Perry's Orphans or the Promise Land Bible Church.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
