Lorna passed away March 11, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 88. She was born August 31, 1926, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Dewey and Neva Young Ferguson. She married Thomas Andy Bland shortly after WWII, he passed away in 1993. She married Albert Cornell on December 2, 1999, in Midway, Arkansas and worked as a Dental Technition. Lorna lived in Mountain Home since 1980, moving from Waterloo, Iowa. She enjoyed traveling, making customized lamp shades, sewing, crocheting, going out to eat and spending time with family.
Lorna is survived by her husband, Albert H. Cornell of Mountain Home, AR; son, Tim (Lesllie) Bland of Mountain Home, AR; stepdaughter, Cindy (Randy) Costa of Mountain Home, AR; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Thomas Andy Bland and son, Tony Bland.
Inurnment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, AR.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of North Arkansas.
