Funeral services for Lorraine Rose Durbon of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 9, 2010 at Promise Land Bible Church, with Pastor Jim Beard officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 8, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Lorraine died Monday, July 5, 2010 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, at the age of 79. She was born October 24, 1930 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Theodore and Rose Sebesta Sepanik. She married Donald Durbon on June 27, 1982 in Burbank, Illinois. In 1987 the moved to Mountain Home, AR and together formed Durbon's Noe Creek Restaurant and Resort. She was a lifetime member of the Bull Shoals V.F.W. Auxiliary # 1341, which will also be performing a rose ceremony at the service.
Lorraine is survived by; her husband, Donald, 2 sons, Ralph (Barbara) Soliday of Evergreen Park, IL and Scott (Tami) Durbon of Hampshire, IL; 2 daughters, Laura (Ray) Trusk of Burbank and IL, Diane Durbon of Cape Coral, FL; 6 grandsons, 4 granddaughters and 3 great-granddaughters; 2 brothers, George Sepanik of Crestline, CA and Sam Sepanik of Tinley Park, IL; 1 sister, Christine Cavalaro, of Cable, WI. She was a loving aunt and friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Linda Warno Sutton, son, Lester Soliday, brother, Ed Sepanik, and sister, Barbara Kaufman.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Jay Nottingham, Paul McLaughlin, Allen Wright, John Vanek, Ed Ellis, and Mike Warno as pallbearers.
