Lynnette passed away August 1, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 49. She was born February 8, 1963, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Horace Rutherford and Carol Joyce Devonald Lowrey, Jr. She was of the Christian Faith. Lynnette is survived by 3 sons, Christopher Sebree of Mountain Home, AR, Matthew Sebree and C.J. Tomlinson; 3 daughters, Kiley Nodine, Rheanna Sebree and Toni Mozingo; 1 brother, David Matthew; 3 sisters, Denise, Deborah and Diane and 15 grandchildren, Kendrick Sebree, Tommy and Christian Neal, Donnie Goss, Christiana, Sydelle and Tyson Sebree, Victoria, Kendall and Kaden Nodine, Felton, Elizabeth, Jeffery, Joseph and Christopher Mozingo. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
