Margaret Mary "Marge" Johoske of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away October 17, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 91. She was born October 17, 1930, in Put In Bay, Ohio, the daughter of Anthony and Elizabeth Wendell Kindt. She married George Johoske on August 29, 1953, in Put In Bay, Ohio, graduated from Bowling Green State University and pursued careers in education and real estate. Marge resided in Mountain Home since moving from Van Wert, Ohio, in 1975. She was a member of the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and CCW. She enjoyed a variety of interests and participated in book clubs, garden clubs, and was active in the Bridge Club up until entering Hospice care this year.
Marge is survived by her son, Craig Johoske of Texas; daughter, Laura (Brent) Davis of Benton, AR; brother, Robert Kindt of Put In Bay, OH; four sisters, Rose Ann Handwork of Gilbert, AZ, Clair Kerekes of Toledo, OH, Joan (Ted) McCann of Put In Bay, OH, and Marian Huff of Temperance, MI; brother-in-law, Todd (Sherry) Johoske; sister-in-law, Gloria Kindt; five grandchildren, Stephanie Davis, Sara (Jason) Kennon, Scott (Amanda) Parsons, Paul (Kirsten) Davis, and Amber Johoske; four great-granddaughters, Lexi Taylor, Makenzie Davis, Everleigh Kennon, Abby Parsons; and Rusty her beloved four legged grandpuppy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, Eugene Kindt of Put In Bay, OH.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. A Memorial Mass will be 11:00 am, Friday, October 22, 2021, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant. Burial will be in the Maple Leaf Cemetery, Put In Bay, Ohio at a later date. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
