A Celebration of Life for Maria Skrek of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Friday, February 16, 2018, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Heather Marsalis as Celebrant.
Maria passed away February 11, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 74. She was born April 2, 1943, in Hungary the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Toth. She married Michael Skrek and was a homemaker. Maria lived in Mountain Home since 1995, moving from Hungary. She enjoyed feeding and watching the birds. Humming Birds were her favorite. She loved to cook and take care of her dogs.
Maria is survived by her husband, Michael Skrek of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Erika (Steve) May of Sheridan, IL; son, Jules Tombor of Sparks, NV and granddaughter, Cassandra May of Sheridan, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and five sisters.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
