Marie Marquardt

Marie Marquardt of Midway, Arkansas, passed away January 8, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born December 20, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Anna Svoboda Hlobil. She was a member of Christ by the Lake Lutheran Church. When she was younger, she enjoyed woodworking, and more recently, she liked to play cards.

Marie is survived by her son, Curt Marquardt of Genoa City, WI; daughter, Catherine Ann Bridges of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Thomas Hlobil; and one granddaughter, Jaclyn Marquardt.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Michael John Marquardt.

Memorials may be made to the Bull Shoals Food Pantry or Christ by the Lake Lutheran Church.
