Marie Summers

Services will be private for Marie Anna Summers of Mountain Home, Arkansas. Marie passed away December 29, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 90. She was born October 26, 1922, in Clarkson, Nebraska, the daughter of Vaclav and Fredricka Milackova Dytrych. She married Robert Summers November 25, 1947, at Yankton County, South Dakota and worked was a homemaker. Marie lived in Mountain Home, since 1989, moving from Lincoln, Nebraska. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. Marie is survived by her husband, Robert Summers of Mountain Home, AR, three sons, Charles (Pat) Summers of Summersville, SC, Michael (Lydia) Summers of Mountain Home, AR, Thomas (Jitka) Summers of Salona Beach, CA; daughter, Teresa (Jimmy) Patterson of Castle Rock, CO; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and twins (a son and daughter). Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Lincoln, Nebraska. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
