A Funeral Mass for Mildred Marie Hudson Walters of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 3, 2012, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2012, from 5:30 - 7:00 P.M., with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M., at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home. Marie passed away October 31, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 74. She was born May 9, 1938, in Helena, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert L. and Mildred Irene Beasley Hudson, Jr.. She married Andrew Jon Walters on October 24, 1957 at Helena, Arkansas and was in the restaurant business for 20 years. Marie was a life time resident of Arkansas. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and CCW. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, enjoyed her rose bushes and hummingbirds, sewing and loved her golden retrievers. Marie is survived by her husband, Andrew Jon Walters Jr. of Mountain Home, AR, son, Andrew Jon (Ann) Walters, III of Dumas, AR, three daughters, Jane Marie (Ken) Farley of Mountain Home, AR, Joan Reed (Roger) Vickers of Yellville, AR and Judy Carole (Michael) Blagg of Pinson, AL, brother, Gene (Jean Read) Hudson of Pine Bluff, AR, three sisters, Joyce (Owen) McDaniel of Tucson, AZ, Anna Spengler of Boise, ID, Patricia Hudson of Carlsbad, CA; and her seven precious grandchildren, Andrew and Kathleen Walters, McKenzie Howk Duckert and Cale Howk, Weston and Kate Vickers and McKinley and Brandon Blagg. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William Hudson. Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, AR, with Andrew Bennett Walters, Weston Reed Vickers, William McKinley Blagg, Brandon Michael Blagg and Cale Howk as pallbearers.
