Marilyn "Fran" McFarland

Marilyn "Fran" McFarland of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 17,2024, at the age of 72. Born on December 17, 1951, in Waukegan, Illinois, she was the daughter of Frank and Marilyn Lippincott Luttrell. Fran married George McFarland on December 6, 1980, also in Waukegan, and they shared a loving life together.

In 2013, Fran made her home in Mountain Home, where she embraced the community and cultivated cherished relationships. She found immense joy in her family, and her passions included caring for her pets, sewing, decorating, and engaging in various crafts that showcased her creativity and talent.

Fran is survived by her husband, George McFarland of Mountain Home, AR; her daughter, Erica Marcheleta; and her granddaughter, Alyssa Marcheleta. She is also remembered by her parents, Marilyn and Vincent Smith and Sue Luttrell; her siblings, Doyle and Carolyn Currington, Brian and Lisa Hallwas, Larry Milosheviah, Linda Barens, and Lori Angel; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will hold her memory dear.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at the Open-Air Chapel at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum in Mountain Home, Arkansas, on Friday, November 22, 2024.
