Marilynn Trenchard

Marilynn Trenchard died Monday, June 8, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 76. She was born Friday, December 2, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Ralph Franklin and Ruby Lenore Jorgensen Mills. She married John Trenchard and worked as a School District Secretary. Marilyn lived in Mountain Home since 1988 moving from Palatine, Illinois. She liked to travel and once flew on the Concorde. Survivors: Marilynn Trenchard is survived by her daughter, Carol Umbs of Greensboro, NC, 2 grandchildren, Shannon Kay Collins of Indianapolis, IN and Sean Clinton Updike of Soul Korea (U.S. Army), 2 great-grandsons, Preston Jacob and Elliot John Collins and her buddy "Scooter". Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and companion Edmond Savage. Funeral: Memorial services for Marilynn Eunice Trenchard of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend David Gadbow officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Wheeling Township Cemetery. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the North Central Arkansas Humane Society.
