Mark Allen Jones

Mark Allan Jones of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away October 3, 2021, at the age of 65. He was born June 10, 1956, in Michigan City, Indiana, the son of Jerry and Barbara Kashmer Jones. He married Kathy Queen on November 11, 1990, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mark and his wife Kathy owned Bull Mountain Resort in Bull Shoals, AR. They lived in Bull Shoals since moving from Tampa, FL , in 2004. Mark was an accomplished glass fusion artist. He loved hiking, cats, watching old movies and spending time with his family.

Mark is survived by his wife, Kathy Jones of Bull Shoals, AR; mother, Barbara Ann Jones of Michigan City, IN; sisters, Jeri Ann (Eldon) Juby of Michigan City, IN, Pam (Rick) Voss of Michigan City, IN, Judy (Bill) Steiner of Portage, IN and Jennifer (Dan) Buckner of Bell Buckle, TN as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of Life for Mark will be 3:00 pm, Friday, October 8, 2021, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Heather Marsalis, Celebrant officiating. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Have a Heart Pet Shelter, and mailed to P.O. Box1030 Yellville, AR 72687.
