Mark O. Minnie was born on March 21, 1925 to Austin and Clara Stone Minnie at DeKalb, Illinois. He married Dorothy Kolle on July 24, 1982 at Linn, Kansas. He worked as an extruder operator for RTP Plastics Manufacturing. Mark was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fixing bicycles and working in the yard and garden. He passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81 years and six months. Survivors: Mark O. Minnie is survived by his wife Dorothy Minnie of Mountain HomeTwo daughters: Linda Kowalsky and husband Michael of Mabel, Minnesota and Bonnie Gould of Winona, Minnesota. One Son; Dean Minnie and wife Robin of Lakeville, Minnesota, 8 grandchildren; Amanda, Dianna, Melissa, Troy, Joshua, Paul, Adam and Caleb.Two great grandchildren Morgan and Ethan, One sister Alta Rollins of Aurora, Illinois4 step daughters: Janet Day of Osborne, Kansas, Sue Jessie and Cinda Horton and husband Tom of Winona, Minnesota and Kimberly Fuselier and husband Mark of Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee, One step son Danny Lee of Winona, Minnesota, 19 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Melvina. Visitation: Sunday, September 24 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home. Funeral: Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday September 25, 2006 at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend David Kapler officiating.
