She was born August 31, 1937 in Knoxville, Tennessee, the daughter of Oscar and Idabel Davis Sams. She married Fred Bach, September 5, 1959, at Glenview, Illinois and worked as a Service Representative for Illinois Bell Telephone. Martha lived in Mountain Home since 1993, moving from Elmhurst, Illinois. She enjoyed working puzzles of all kinds. Martha is survived by her husband, Fred Bach of Mountain Home, AR, her mother, sons Christopher Bach of Leesburg, VA, and Jonathan Bach of Delavan, WI, daughter Pamela Bach of Elmhurst, IL, grandchildren Kale, Gabriel, Benjamin, Emma, Elyssa, and Logan Bach, and sister Helen Nicholson of Louden, TN.
