Mary Ruth Anelli

Mary Ruth Anelli of Costa Mesa, California, passed away May 3, 2024, in Costa Mesa, California at the age of 97. She was born August 9, 1926, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She married Sam Anelli on August 9, 1965, in Chicago, IL and worked as a machine operator for Johnson & Johnson. The couple moved from Hometown, Illinois to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1985. While living in Mountain Home, Mary was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed crocheting and volunteering.

Mary is survived by her son, John D'Alessandro of Chandler, AZ; daughter, Rose Engel of Fountain Valley, CA; and stepsons, Daniel Anelli and Keith Anelli; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and siblings, Horace, Charles, Jean, and J.D. 

Entombment will be scheduled at a later date in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum.
